"It's A Family Affair"
My latest review for British
Theatre Guide: Simon Crowther’s adaptation of Alexander Ostrovsky’s “It’s A Family Affair (We’ll Settle It
Ourselves)” for Sherman Cymru.
Set in Moscow in the 1850s, it’s the perennially relevant tale of the financial
downfall of a nouveau riche family.
Rather fun; almost panto-ish, with some stand-out comic performances (and
excellent costumes).
